OVERVIEW
EARTHWORKS ART THERAPY

In this activity we will explore the creativity, fun, freeness and healing of art therapy in a new context - the forest. Creating both eco-art pieces and watercolour compositions, we’ll indulge in a child-like world of wonder and play. In eco-art, there is tension and vividness in creating beauty from raw materials, that will ultimately degrade, change and return back to the land. For watercolours, trust the process and tap into your creative potential.

ECO-ART PREPARATION + CREATION

Gather materials, examine your items and visualize your composition, discuss with a friend. Create and document!

SELF AS TREE

We’ll use watercolours to capture the essence of our self, how we’re feeling at present, on this day, in this place. Being open to the process and seeing what comes up.
